Running

I have been doing a lot of running lately, and I think I am improving a lot. In fact, on the cruise I got my best 5k practice time ever!! 27:50!. I was so excited. Then last week I was running on the treadmill and got 27:05!!! I can't believe it! The fastest I have ever run a 5k in a race is 28:30. I know it will be a lot harder outside with hills and such, but I can't wait to run in a race and see what time I can get.

Anyway, I saw this picture the other day, and I thought it was hilarious!
